RSPA_LogoThe Education Department at RSPA engaged the services of Hayman Consulting Group in 2012 to develop the first 2 courses within a new Sales Training for experienced Salespeople and Sales Managers. The results were two polished, engaging workshops that we will be utilizing to form the basis of our advanced level Sales Training here at RSPA. Alan was great—from the start of the project, until it’s conclusion, he listened to our needs, asked terrific questions, and had a real interest in ensuring that the product we asked for was the product we received. His ideas – including conducting surveys to gather data prior to the composition of the course content, to his careful selection of graphics for his slide deck—were all thoughtful and deliberate, with the singular goal of producing a stellar result.

Given his vast experience in the Sales field and in Business, he was refreshingly open to feedback, and made every effort to ensure that the course attendees had their questions answered. He continually made himself available to attendees, which was certainly outside of his obligation to RSPA.

In general, Alan has an incessant energy, which is both surprising and contagious. He is constantly generating new and innovative ideas, is completely “hands-on,” during projects, and is committed to excellence. PrintI am sure you have gotten lots of these newsletters, but don’t realize what you are missing. If bean-counters are doing this, so should you. By working with The Z Report since early 2009, building email lists, and learning how to use Constant Contact (the “vehicle” used by Alan and everyone else, including my Accountant), we have now become fairly proficient in producing and sending some on our own (in between Alan’s quarterly output).

But we would never stop subscribing to The Z Report because of the rich content. We try to limit our “internally” produced ones to a single subject matter, whereas The Z Report has multiple articles.

If you are not doing this…you should.

Most modern, lowest cost, best return for today’s marketing dollars.
